SHIPPING RATES

Intex Shop offers a flat local and international shipping rate of $15.00* per order.

Advertised prices and shipping fees include respective taxes and duties.


*Note some items incur an additional onetime flat shipping rate of $35.00 per order (not per product) due to oversize or overweight i.e. Planks and Scaffold. If an order includes products of this nature, the additional rate will be referenced at checkout.

WHERE CAN I SHIP MY ORDER?

Intex Shop ships orders internationally. Intex Shop does not ship to P.O. boxes, Intex partner stores for in-store pickup, international re-shippers or businesses that forward packages to international addresses.

 

CAN I CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS ON MY ORDER?

The shipping address cannot be changed after an order is placed on Intex Shop. If a shipping address change is required, please contact our customer service team at salessupport@intex.com.au.

 

HOW LONG UNTIL MY ORDER IS DESPATCHED?

Intex Shop orders are processed Monday through to Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed before 3pm AEST are prioritised, processed and shipped on the same business day. Orders placed after 3pm AEST are processed and shipped on the next business day.

 

CAN I RETURN PURCHASED PRODUCTS? 

Intex offers Lifetime Returns for products purchased on Intex Shop. This allows Intex Shop customers to return any unused* product for a refund or exchange any time and for any reason.

*Product must be returned to Intex in their original packaging, in saleable condition, unworn and unwashed, packed in a suitable outer carton.

Products purchased on Intex Shop cannot be returned to Intex partner stores. Purchases made at Intex partner stores are not eligible for the Lifetime Returns offer. Such product must be returned directly to the Intex partner store it was initially purchased from and refunds or exchanges are subject to the partner stores discretion.

Product with a workmanship or material flaw can be returned under warranty for a refund or exchange if the product was manufactured less than 12 months ago. Some Intex products have specific written guarantees and warranties. Please read the products label or manual for specific guidelines and return information or contact our customer service team at salessupport@intex.com.au.

 

HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT? 

You can initiate a return by contacting our customer service team at salessupport@intex.com.au. They will guide you through the process and provide you with the necessary instructions. Once we receive the eligible returned product, we will process your refund or exchange according to our policy.
