The $550 million Showground Station Precinct is helping reshape Sydney’s north-west, creating a vibrant, connected community centred around Sydney Metro’s Showground Station. The development brings together new residential living, public open spaces, retail and community facilities, supporting the growth of the area for years to come.
The Showground Pavilions forms part of the broader Hills Showground Station Precinct, a $1 billion urban renewal initiative led by Landcom and Sydney Metro, which is transforming the area into a thriving residential, commercial and community hub.
As part of this significant development, Intex proudly supplied the metal framing systems for the Pavilions apartment development. Our high quality Stud and Track systems help form the structure of the new residential spaces, providing the strength, reliability and compliance required for a project of this scale.
