The Skye’s the Limit
Skye by Pikos rises above Kangaroo Point, capturing stunning views across the CBD and Botanic Gardens. Designed by Conrad Gargett and delivered by Pikos Property Group, the 23 storey development comprises 68 apartments and 163 residences, setting a strong benchmark for contemporary living.
Our stud and track systems formed the internal metal framework, supported by Intex compounds that seamlessly integrate wall and ceiling systems. Combined with access panels and fixings, this complete solution delivered both performance and a refined finish throughout the project.
Working alongside Fineline Contractors, the build was executed with precision and consistency, demonstrating the reliability of our end to end walls and ceilings system.
